Hardened DOCSIS Cable Modems


A wideband temperature hardened DOCSIS/EuroDOCSIS 3.0 8X4 Cable Modem specifically designed for harsh outdoor uncontrolled deployments requiring data communications. The HDCM3.0 is perfect for outside HFC networks which experience extreme temperature fluctuations, voltage imbalances and electrical surges.

Many applications to empower your HFC network for profitable IP services can be realized with the Lindsay HDCM3.0. Communication links to security and traffic cameras, digital signage, access points, and information kiosks are just a few examples of successful deployments by cable operator.

The HDCM3.0 can also be used in conjunction with SNMP monitoring systems to evaluate cable plant line conditions and quality indicators such as signal strength, signal to noise ratio and BER
